The products are shipped to the customer via the carrier selected by Eva Girardeau.

Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customers. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

The products will be packaged with cardboard and/or bubble envelopes to protect them as best as possible and sent by registered letter to avoid any loss.

Article 3: Returns, exchanges and cancellation

I do not accept returns or exchanges.
